Magnetrol Pulsar R05


The Pulsar R05 is the latest generation of loop-powered level transmitters. It has lower power consumption, faster response time and is easier to use than most loop-powered radar transmitters. Pulsar is the non-contact complement to the EclipseŽ GWR.


Measurement Principle:
Pulsar is based on pulse-burst radar technology together with equivalent time sampling circuitry. Short bursts of 5.8 or 6.3 GHz microwave energy are emitted and subsequently reflected from the liquid level surface.
